Two nonprofits share the shop. Wellspring & Co. runs the coffee bar and supplies the pastries from its own commercial bakery, both staffed by adults with special needs, whom it calls its STARS. The World Orphans Market sells handmade goods from artisan programs for parents in Guatemala and South Africa. The coffee is roasted in Antigua, Guatemala, and sold by the bag as well as by the cup.
