Honnibrook makes mead, or honey wine, at its production meadery tucked into the back of a warehouse development south of downtown, and keeps more than twenty on tap in the tasting room. Its meads are light and lower in alcohol, flavored with fruit and spices. A second tasting room is in downtown Littleton.
