Union reworks American classics with fresh ingredients and global influences, served at the bar, in the lounge or on the patios. Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm, happy hour is 2 to 6 pm Tuesday through Sunday, and Tuesday to Saturday each have a special, from margaritas on Tuesday to half-price bottles of wine on Wednesday and martinis on Saturday. It takes reservations and caters.
